Bier Street Brewing started with a simple conviction: a neighborhood brewery should feel like a second living room — welcoming, unpretentious, and always full of good conversation.

Bier Street Pilsner — golden lager in a glass
Lager 4.8% ABV

Bier Street Pilsner

Crisp, clean, and dangerously drinkable. A German-inspired pilsner with a bright hop finish.

Amber Ale — copper-colored ale
Amber Ale 5.5% ABV

Fair Oaks Amber

Malty sweetness balanced by a gentle citrus hop. Our house ale and neighborhood staple.

Tropical Sour — hazy golden beer
Sour 5.0% ABV

Golden Hour Sour

Mango, passionfruit, and a tart finish that hits just right on a warm afternoon.

Dark Stout — rich dark beer
Stout 6.2% ABV

Midnight Tap

Roasted coffee notes, dark chocolate, and a velvety body. Our winter favorite, available year-round.
